HBAL Online Home Tours
Since 1952, members of the HBA have been opening the doors of their newly constructed homes to the public for Central Kentucky's largest home tours. Tours include the Grand Tour of Homes, Tour of Remodeled Homes, and the Showcase of Luxury Homes, Your New Homes Destination, and Parade of Homes.
Each year, more then then 100 Registered Builders/Registered Remodelers participate in home tours presented by the Home Builders Association of Lexington. These tours attract thousands of visitors and showcase new trends and give visitors the opportunity to meet the builder and ask questions.
Important Announcement from HUD
HUD Announces that state Housing Finance Agencies and certain non-profits are now allowed to "monetize" up to the full amount of the tax credit (depending on the amount of the mortgage) so that borrowers can immediately apply the funds toward their down payments!
Below is a link to the HUD Website outlining some of the information that was announced last week in the ability to use the $8.000. “tax credit” as an immediate benefit toward the purchase of a home.
