The Durham Park, donated by Frank Betz Associates, is complete just in time for the 2007 Grand Tour of Homes. The lot corner lot located in a prime location in Blackford Farms subdivision. The home is the first Energy Star / Green Built home that our home builder association has built. The home will showcase many new green products such as flooring that is made for renewable materials like bamboo, cork, products that have no harmful chemicals to off gas. All of these products are available from HBAL Associate Members.

A house does not have to look strange to be an energy saving home that is health and comfortable year round.

This is the fifth Home of Excellence built by HBAL Registered Builders & Associates. Each year the Committee has moved up in price point and this years home promises to be innovative and truly a showcase home.
